Arum is pleased to announce that it has renewed its supplier membership of the Credit Services Association (CSA).
The CSA is the only National Trade Association in the UK for organisations active in the debt collection and debt purchase industry. The Association, which has a history dating back to 1906, has over 250 member companies which represent 90% of the industry, and employ 11,000 people. At any one time its members hold up to £60bn for collection, returning nearly £4bn in collections to the UK economy per annum. As the voice of the collections industry, their vision is to build confidence in debt collection by making the entire process clear, easy to understand and less stressful for all those involved.
CSA Supplier Members supply services and products to the collections, debt sale and purchase industry; Arum’s membership demonstrates that it is recognised as an organisation that upholds a high standard of quality within the credit industry, as members are held to a Code of Practice and monitored for compliance.
Carlos Osorio, Arum’s Managing Director, commented: “I am pleased that Arum has renewed its membership of the Credit Services Association. Having served the industry for over two decades, Arum looks forward to continuing our relationship with the CSA and its members, as well as being part of the trade association which represents our industry to regulatory bodies and government.”
