Key responsibilities:
- Analyse collections and recoveries processes to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and deliver process-driven recommendations.
- Develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency in collections and recoveries.
- Support the creation of process models, workflows, and business cases to inform client decisions.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and process improvements.
Skills and experience requirements:
- Proven experience in business process analysis within collections and recoveries in financial services, banking, utilities or similar sectors.
- Strong proficiency in tools such as BPMN, Visio, and other process mapping or workflow design tools.
- Ability to interpret complex business processes and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Experience in documenting business processes and supporting the implementation of process improvements.
