Accreditations and frameworks

Arum has successfully gained several worldclass, globally recognised accreditations, which demonstrate that we follow best practice and that our business is managed in line with international recommendations.

You can expect quality, confidence, trust and security from Arum across all these key areas.

Receivables Management Association International (RMAI)

Arum Global is a member of the Receivables Management Association International (RMAI), the nonprofit trade association that represents more than 600 companies that support the purchase, sale, and collection of performing and nonperforming receivables on the secondary market. RMAI member companies work in a variety of financial services fields, including debt buying, collection agencies, law firms, originating creditors, and industry-related product and service providers. Its Certification Program and Code of Ethics set the global standard within the receivables industry due to its rigorous uniform industry standards of best practice which focus on the protection of the consumer.

B Corp

Arum Global is a Certified B Corporation and has joined a community of 7,000 companies globally reinventing business by pursuing purpose as well as profit. Having been certified by B Lab, the not-for-profit behind the B Corp movement, Arum Global has met rigorous social and environmental standards which represent our commitment to goals outside of shareholder profit.

The B Corp certification addresses the entirety of a business’ operations and covers five key impact areas of governance, workers, community, environment and customers. The certification process is thorough, with applicants required to reach a benchmark score of over 80 while providing evidence of socially and environmentally responsible practices including worker compensation, diversity and corporate transparency. To complete the certification, companies must legally embed their commitment to purpose beyond profit in their company articles.

Cyber Essentials Plus

The Cyber Essentials certification means that Arum Global's ICT defences have been assessed as satisfactory against commodity based cyber-attack. Cyber Essentials Plus means an additional hands-on technical verification was carried out.

FSQS

Arum Global has satisfied all the requirements to become fully registered on the FSQS supplier qualification system.

FSQS (Financial Services Qualification System) is a community of financial institutions including banks, building societies, insurance companies and investment services, collaborating to agree a single standard for collecting the increasing amount and complexity of third party information needed to demonstrate compliance to regulators, internal policies and governance controls.

ISO

The ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is an independent, standard-setting body recognised in 161 countries. It promotes worldwide proprietary, industrial and commercial standards. We have the following accreditations:

  • ISO 27001 is the international standard of best practice for managing sensitive company information and ensuring it remains secure. This includes assets such as financial information, intellectual property, personal records and information entrusted by third parties.
  • ISO 9001 is the international standard of best practice quality management. Achieving this means that Arum Global’s services consistently meet customers’ requirements, and that quality is continuously improved.
  • ISO 14001 helps Arum Global to ensure that it manages its environmental responsibilities.
  • ISO 45001 is an internationally applied standard for occupational health and safety management systems and helps Arum Global to put in place demonstrably sound occupational health and safety performance.

Debt Resolution Services

Arum Global is a supplier on Crown Commercial Service's (CCS) Debt Resolution Services (DRS) framework. We have been awarded a contract to provide Fraud, Error and Debt (FED) Advisory services to central government and the wider public sector. This landmark framework will provide access to the best solutions and suppliers from the private sector, delivering value for money for the UK taxpayer, ensuring fair outcomes for consumers and departments alike, and driving strong social value. DRS will run for four years from December 2021 and replaces the Debt Management Services (DMS) and Debt Market Integrator (DMI) frameworks.

Digital Outcomes and Specialists
Arum Global is on the Digital Outcomes and Specialists framework, run by Crown Commercial Service (CCS). This framework enables central government and wider public sector to select pre-approved suppliers to tender for projects specifically in the digital space.

G-Cloud
Arum Global is a supplier on G-Cloud, the UK Government procurement framework for public sector bodies. This framework eases procurement of services by UK public sector departments by ensuring that all suppliers have met the rigorous standards. Public sector organisations procuring from companies, who have successfully met the criteria set by the Crown Commercial Service, are in turn given that extra confidence.
