Are you an experienced consultant with hands-on expertise in the Experian PowerCurve Collections (PCC) system? Arum is seeking passionate and skilled professionals to join our growing team as Associate Consultants. If you have experience in PCC system implementation across all phases, from design and configuration to testing and migration, we want to hear from you!
As an Associate Consultant with Arum, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on high-impact projects with our clients, delivering innovative solutions and optimising their collections processes through the deployment of Experian’s PowerCurve Collections.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and contribute to all phases of PCC system implementation:
- Design: Work closely with clients to transform business requirements into effective PCC solution designs.
- Configuration: Customise and configure the PCC platform to meet unique client needs.
- Testing: Develop and execute testing across the different testing phases to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Migration: Support the smooth migration of data and processes into the PCC system.
Skills and experience requirements:
- Experian PowerCurve Collections experience is essential, with full lifecycle implementation knowledge.
- Proficient in system design, configuration, and data migration within the PCC platform.
- Strong understanding of collections processes and strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to project delivery.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
