Arum is seeking a skilled Programme or Project Manager to lead collections and recoveries improvement programmes for clients in banking, financial services, utilities, telco, and government sectors.
You’ll be responsible for delivering strategic change programmes/projects that optimise collections processes, technology and operational effectiveness to improve customer outcomes, and equip teams with essential tools and skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, managing scope, timelines, and resources.
- Engage with key stakeholders and provide regular project updates and reports.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage project budgets, monitor financials, and allocate resources effectively.
- Track performance against KPIs and conduct post-implementation reviews.
Skills and experience requirements:
- Proven experience managing collections and recoveries projects.
- Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver projects within time and cost constraints.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
