Arum in partnership with Lloyds Banking Group are delighted to announce that they have been shortlisted at the final of this year’s Collections & Customer Service (CCS) Awards in the ‘Best Outsourcing & Partnership Initiative of the Year’ category.
The Collections & Customer Service (CCS) Awards is part of Credit Strategy’s Vulnerability Awareness Gala, which champions collections professionals who have demonstrated unprecedented levels of resilience and adaptability, whilst delivering outstanding customer support. This has been especially pertinent during the pandemic, which has pushed an increasing part of the population into financial vulnerability.
Arum’s Managing Director, Carlos Osorio, commented: “I am extremely proud of the joint team being shortlisted for this award. Working remotely to tight timelines, the team delivered a new and bespoke solution to manage the ‘Breathing Space’ regulations which have helped thousands of customers facing problem debt. I look forward to continuing our longstanding relationship with Lloyds and wish best of luck to everyone for the night!”
Steve Luckin, Product Owner, HMT Breathing Space Programme at Lloyds Banking Group, added: "A terrific partnership between Lloyds Banking Group and Arum - delivering an automated collections / recoveries onboarding process for the regulatory Debt Respite scheme customers within nine months to meet the regulatory timeline. Nearly 8,000 cases have been processed in the last five months. Teamwork at its very best."
The final will take place in person on 24 November in Manchester.
