Arum is pleased to announce a partnership with the Building Societies Association (BSA) to provide high quality certified training to BSA members, beginning March 2024.
Courses will be aimed at collections and recoveries professionals with an emphasis on mortgage specific training skills and will be available as remote or on-site sessions.
Topics that will be covered in the courses include an introduction to collections, regulation, vulnerability, building a relationship with customers, identifying the right solution, and structuring a customer conversation. Upon satisfactory completion, members will receive a unique Arum Accreditation and Certification.
“We are pleased to partner with the BSA for this initiative”, said Andrew Pritchard, CEO of Arum. “We are uniquely placed to deliver these courses based on our long history of providing a wide range of collections and recoveries services and solutions, including training and development, to our clients in the banking and financial services sector. We look forward to a long working relationship with the BSA”.
“We are delighted to announce this service to our members”, said Robin Fieth, CEO of the BSA. “The landscape of regulation and best practice to achieve good customer outcomes is constantly changing and Arum is well positioned to provide practitioner-led training in this important area.”
Courses can be booked via the BSA website or by contacting events@bsa.org.uk.
