Arum is delighted to announce the appointment of Carlos Osorio as its new Managing Director.
Carlos has spent the past 30+ years working in financial services and is a specialist within collections and recoveries, most recently as Director of Debt Recovery at TDX Group where he expanded and led its managed collections service for creditor clients and the government’s debt market integrator (DMI). His previous roles also include several senior positions at NatWest and Capital One, leading platform delivery, process re-engineering and digital product innovation.
Carlos will lead Arum’s continued growth and success, helping UK and international creditors support their customers, especially as we all navigate the many challenges brought about by the recent pandemic.
He commented on his appointment, “I’ve known of Arum for many years and am very excited to join this well-respected organisation whose reputation for high-quality service and expertise is known throughout the credit industry.
